Yes! Your blinds carry a one year guarantee for fault in workmanship and materials as long as the blind has been used only as it was intended. We will happily replace any parts or replace whole blinds if they have failed due to no fault of your own.
We aim to deliver your order within two weeks maximum from receiving your order. If on the off chance there are any problems we will contact you within 48 hours to inform you and discuss it further.

Yes! We have a large range of thermal blackout materials for both roller and vertical blinds. They are polyester on the front and have an acrylic lining on the back providing 100% privacy. Please see our range of colours for further details.

We provide safety chains on all our roller blinds that have a safety connector fitted so if anything/ anyone gets caught in them the chain will open.
It is however your responsibility to ensure children are kept away from chains and cords.
Do consider placing them well away from your child's bed, chairs, sofas etc.. so that children have a lesser chance of reaching them. Using the provided window cleat will help achieve this.
